Terms & Conditions
Menus It is the policy of Avenue Club & Bubble Up Bar to quote from prices for menu items no more than 90 days in advance. All menu substitutions may be subject to a price change. Minimums and Room Fees Given the specific date and time of any event, parties are subject to food and beverage minimums. Groups of 40 or less guests Sundays-Thursdays are subject to a $200 room fee. Deposits and Payments In order to book a date, a credit card number is required to hold. This card is charged $100 in the event of cancellation less than five business days from its scheduled occurrence. If the cancellation is less than two days in advance, the client is responsible for full payment of the order. Unused items are not returnable. Full payment is due on the day of the event and can be paid by credit card, cash, or check. Direct billing option is available to our corporate clients. Direct billing invoices are due within 30 days of the event. If tax exempt applies, a copy of your tax exempt certificate must be provided. Guarantees A final guest count and menu is required five business days prior to an event. The number of guests guaranteed may not be decreased after this point. Any increase in guests or menu count made less than five business days is subject to additional fees. Staff All food and hosted beverages are subject to a service charge of 19%. Prices listed on the menu do not include above charge unless quoted price is described as “inclusive”. Bartenders and servers for all serviced events are included in the 19% service charge. Cake cutting fee is included if the clients orders from either Market Street Diner or Hubbard Avenue Diner; otherwise, we will charge $1.00 per person for cutting a cake (or bringing in cupcakes) from a different vendor.
