Cocktails from The Bubble Up Bar
No social scene is complete without the tinkling sound of ice in a glass, and we'll use any excuse to party like it's 1959. The Bubble Up Bar is our nod to supper club heritage, an attached bar and lounge area with an extensive lineup of cocktails that are muddled, shaken and stirred with a little old school flair.
The Wisco Way
The state drink of Wisconsin, served with maraschino cherries, an orange slice, and a fizzy mixer like lemon-lime soda or sour.
Korbel brandy, lots of bitters, and sugar served over ice and garnished with orange and cherries. Choose from sweet, sour, seltzer, or press.
Made the same way as the Original Avenue Bar Old Fashioned, but with whiskey or bourbon instead of brandy. Choose from sweet, sour, seltzer, or press.
The Classic Way
A classic, more spirited preparation of the Old Fashioned, made by muddling sugar or a sweet base with bitters, adding spirit and a twist of citrus rind, then stirring and straining over ice.
Redemption Rye whiskey, simple syrup, and bitters, stirred and strained over ice. Garnished with orange peel. Keep it local, try it with J. Henry Bourbon for $2 more.

Uncle Val's Botanical gin, simple syrup, and Bittercube cherry bark vanilla and orange bitters, stirred and strained over ice. Garnished with an orange peel.
Traverse City cherry bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, a dash of Traverse City cherry syrup, and egg whites shaken and served over ice. Garnished with a brandied cherry. Vegan? Try it with aquafaba.
Hawthorne's gin, lemon juice, mint, and simple syrup shaken and served up with fresh mint. (Substitute gin for Tito's vodka)
Hawthorne's gin, lemon juice, Fruitlab hibiscus liqueur, and Luxardo maraschino liqueur, and shaken and served up with a brandied cherry.
House-made spiced butter, Captain Morgan, and hot water stirred and served in a toddy glass. Topped with whipped cream, shaved nutmeg and a cinnamon stick.
Ansac VS cognac, Combier triple sec, lemon juice, and simple syrup shaken and served up with a sugar rimmed glass.
Jim Beam, lemon juice, and simple syrup shaken, poured over a red wine ice ball.
Tito's vodka, lime juice, and apple-cinnamon simple syrup shaken and topped with ginger beer and garnished with a lime.
Banhez mezcal, Luxardo maraschino liqueur, Green Chartreuse, and lime juice shaken and served up. Garnished with a lime peel.
Rough Rider bourbon, Fruitlab ginger liqueur, lemon juice, honey simple syrup, and grenadine shaken and served over ice.

Angostura rum, Goslings dark rum, Giffard crème de banana, blackberry simple syrup, lime, pineapple, and orange juices poured over pebbled ice.

Our famous Manhattan with Rough Rider bourbon, sweet and dry vermouths, and Bittercube cherry bark vanilla and orange bitters served up or on the rocks.
